We strongly believe in advanced planning, whether it comes to our lesson plans or the operation of our school. We are continually looking for ways to advance our mission, vision, and values via strategic planning. In the coming year, we will engage all Live Oak constituents in a planning process that will determine our short- and long-term priorities.
Prior planning processes have led to our decision to expand enrollment, driven diversity and inclusion initiatives, grown our learning services and school counseling offices, and supported developments in our technology, science, and reading programs. These processes have also propelled investments in the professional development of our faculty and the adoption of best practices in student assessment.
It is now time to articulate the strategic priorities for the next three to five years; we look forward to exploring the opportunities that our new expansion affords.
