Ensure guests enter through Check-In/Registation queue. |
Check-In/Registration |
Check in Guests, enter credit card into into QuickCheck. Distribute bidding paddles, goodie bags and Catalogue Addendum. |
Data Entry (Silent) |
Data enter silent auction winning bids and store sales. |
Silent Auction Closers |
Mark winning bid sheets and return top copies to data entry/operations. |
Filer, phase 1 |
File silent auction bid sheets with Auction Operations. |
Work The Store |
Sell Live Oak Merchandise and any non-bid items. |
Item Pack-up |
Organize paperwork and auction items for return to school the next day. |
Data Entry (Live) |
Live auction data entry including paddle raise and heads and tails. |
Runners/ Spotters/ Coat Checks |
Run bid sheets from live auction reporter to data entry/operations. |
Filer, phase 2 |
File invoices in bidder files |
*We will do our best to recruit a number of volunteers for each position so that shifts be short and all volunteers will have time to enjoy the Event.
