Events + Traditions : Many school traditions and events help foster the sense of community that is core to Live Oak's philosophy and curriculum.

Auction

A fundraiser to benefit the Adjusted Tuition Program, the auction features a live and silent auction, dinner, and dancing.

Assemblies

Family Photos

Displayed in the Grand Hall, Live Oak's annual family portraits keep community in focus.

This family gathering creates a centralized location for the community to complete service projects that support local organizations. This collaboration recognizes that much can be accomplished by a group of energized volunteers, through a sense of shared effort.

Grandparents and Special Friends Day

In May, grandparents and special friends are invited for a daytime school visit and special activities.

Groves

The 22 Live Oak groves comprise small groups of students taken from each grade level. Monthly grove activities include leadership modeling, mentorship exercises, community projects, and service learning.
