Save the Date for Fairytale Sketchfest

This year's middle school fall play, Fairytale Sketchfest, will run on October 27 and 29. Performances are open to the public and are a great way to see the creativity and hard work of Live Oak's middle school actors and stage crew come together.

Fairy Tale Sketchfest is a fast-paced, modern mash-up of famous stories. Using comedy (with a big dose of song and dance), we’ll turn those old stories upside down and inside out to create a fresh take on old fairy tales! What happens when Snow White and the dwarves go on vacation together? What’s it like during a villains-only therapy session? Aladdin is out of wishes–now what? This project has big characters, big laughs, and a chance to create something new.

Performance will take place on campus in the Grand Hall and typically sell out. Tickets will go on sale by the front desk at 8am on Thursday, October 26. Sales will also be happening after school that Thursday from 3-3:30pm and on Friday afternoon at 3pm if any tickets are remaining. Tickets will be $5, cash only.

Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook feeds for updates and photos from the performances!
