Edward Pertcheck graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2000 with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Spanish. After college, he worked at an architecture firm for seven years. In 2009, he completed his teaching credential at San Francisco State University while student teaching Algebra I for ninth graders at Mission High School in San Francisco. Edward is a licensed architect and for the past twelve years he has taught various architecture and math college classes. In 2019, he developed and taught an architecture class for Urban High School in San Francisco. When he is not teaching, he enjoys spending time with his family, doing everything from cooking, going to playgrounds, and seeing musicals. Edward volunteers at the annual Victorian House Alliance Tour in San Francisco as well as the annual Swim-A-Mile supporting the Women’s Cancer Resource Center in Berkeley. edward_pertcheck@liveoaksf.org
