First 3-year term
Nancy Bush is the proud mother of Brendan (Class of 2002) and Connor (Class of 2005) — both employed college graduates! By virtue of her own college experience at Antioch and then her children’s experiences at Live Oak, St. Ignatius, and Urban, she is an ardent supporter of independent schools. At Live Oak, Nancy revamped and coordinated the Hot Lunch program, served as Room Parent, and most memorably was camp co-coordinator for both Camp Swig and Camp Jones Gulch. At St. Ignatius, she offered guidance for prospective families, and at Urban, Nancy served as Co-Parent Association President and oversaw the Parent Education speakers program.
Real estate, banking, and tax are her core business competencies. Nancy has brought her creative problem-solving skills and unique insights to real estate development, private banking, management, the non-profit world (Board Member, Hamilton Family Center), personal property management, and most recently as a consultant in a family law practice. To Live Oak, Nancy brings both the context of Live Oak history and traditions, and also a heartfelt commitment to ensuring that Live Oak’s values continue to be nurtured in future students and families.
