Scott Wilber

Scott Wilber has been the Middle School Visual Arts teacher at Live Oak School since 1996. Scott has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Visual Communications from the University of Oklahoma. Scott’s professional development includes SF School-Art Conference, Palo Alto – Mosaic Instruction, Bentley School – For Art Teachers, and Project Zero San Francisco.

In addition to his work at Live Oak, Scott is a freelance illustrator working for such clients as Target, Disney, and Town Square Graphics. He has also been a scenic painter and set designer since 2000 for San Francisco theatre companies such as 42nd Street Moon and New Conservatory Theatre Center. Currently, Scott is working on a new set of paintings for a show in the near future. In his “spare” time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and frequenting flea markets and dumpsters in search of materials for his artwork and school projects.  scott_wilber@liveoaksf.org
