Tracey Gersten

Director of Admissions

BA, Michigan State University; JD, University of Michigan

Tracey Gersten earned her BA in Political Philosophy at James Madison College of Michigan State University, immediately followed by a law degree at rival school, University of Michigan (make no mistake, she is a devout Spartan!). After practicing law in San Francisco for several years, she earned a MA in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and earned her MFT license. Tracey worked as a school counselor in public and private schools for 12 years prior to coming to Live Oak. When not at work, she tries to avoid being a helicopter stage mother to her son, a senior in Musical Theatre at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts and proud Live Oak School alum. Her interests are cooking, Broadway, and British/Celtic archeology.
