Extended Care

When children enter the Extended Care afterschool program, a whole other world of imagination and growth opens up to them. Through experiential learning opportunities and consistent care, students explore and thrive in a supportive and fun setting. Extended Care is a drop-in program and no advance registration is required. There are daily opportunities to, get homework assistance, create art, and engage in enrichment classes, and indoor and outdoor play. Our Extended Care Program offers an engaging way to learn beyond the school day!
As a Live Oak family, you’re automatically enrolled in Extended Care. Yes, there is no registration required! If you’re running late for pickup, there is no need to inform us; we will automatically send your student to Extended Care. Students can stay in Extended Care from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. While in Extended Care, students will participate in structured and unstructured activities. Grades K - 2 use the Grand Hall. Grades 3 - 5 use the Rooftop. Grades 6 - 8 use the Library.

Morning Care: Included in tuition. Students can be dropped off at school as early as 7:30 a.m.

Roots & Branches: Additional courses to supplement the Extended Care program. These courses range from $400 - $700. Families participating in the Adjusted Tuition program can have these fees reduced depending on their Adjusted Tuition level.
