Grandparents and Special Friends Contact Information
Grandparents and Special Friends Day is right around the corner! It will take place the morning of Friday, May 8. Each year we send mailed and emailed invitations to grandparents and special friends for whom we have contact information. You may have already filled out the Grandparent and Special Friend Contact Form in August. If you have not, please fill out this form by Friday, March 13 to ensure your students’ guests receive an invitation. If you are unsure if we already have their information, please reach out to Associate Director of Annual Giving, Lily Panetta, lily_panetta@liveoaksf.org. Please be on the lookout for RSVP information in April. We ask that every guest RSVP to help us plan accordingly. Parents/guardians will need to plan on RSVPing for grandparents and special friends for whom we do not have contact information. Due to space considerations, we cannot accommodate parents as guests for Grandparents and Special Friends Day. However, parents can volunteer to help us make the day special for our visitors. More information on volunteering will be sent out in the coming weeks.
