Curriculum Highlights: Sea Sculptures in Middle School Art
The Curriculum Highlights series shines a light on the important and dynamic skill building that is happening in Live Oak classrooms every day. These highlights are prepared by Live Oak faculty and offer a glimpse into a notable activity, project, or unit that prepares students for interdisciplinary learning and agency beyond the classroom. This week we highlight the sea sculptures that middle school students created in art class, broadening their understanding of how to translate their creative visions in a variety of formats.
