Lightning Claim Two First-Place Finishes

It was a beautiful day to run at Crocker Amazon for Live Oak’s second cross-country meet this past Thursday. Congratulations to every runner for their outstanding performance and unwavering effort throughout the race. Live Oak had an impressive number of runners finishing in the top ten across their divisions. Read specific results below. 
In the 7th and 8th grade division, Isabel earned first place, with Sierra close behind in fourth. Kai R. also claimed first place, while Enso and Keshav secured seventh and tenth, respectively.

In the 5th and 6th grade division, Mia, Anna, and Lillian dazzled by finishing second, third, and fourth, with Sachi coming in sixth. Hamilton and Silas took home first and third place finishes, and Cooper rounded out the top ten.

Team-wise, the 5th/6th grade girls and boys both captured first place in their divisions, while the 7th/8th grade boys and girls earned strong second and third place finishes. The official results will be available on the Athletics tile later this week. Congratulations again to all the runners for a fantastic showing!
